A one time registration is required to gain full access to all programmes, videos, audio and books at FORMED.
To register, please follow the seven steps below:

Step ONE
Register by sending the HNJ Faith Formation Ministry an email containing your name, telephone number and email address. 
Our email address is [email protected]  

Step TWO
We will create a FORMED account for you. 
We will also send a password to your email account

Step THREE
When you have received the password in your email, please click here to go to the FORMED website.
You will be directed to the main page of FORMED
https://formed.org

Step FOUR
On the top right hand corner of the main page, you will find
“Log in”

Step FIVE
Since an account has been created for you, click
“Log in”.
A small window will appear asking for your email and password 

Step SIX
In the email column, type in your email address. 
In the password column, type the password we have provided you. Once you have typed in your email address and password click "submit"

Step SEVEN
You are now able to access all the materials provided on FORMED.
