Closure of HNJ Recycle Centre
本堂回收中心关闭通
Our Parish recycle centre will be closed beginning from 1st January 2026 as there are now numerous recycle containers set up by the Government around Balik Pulau. However, those who have useable 2nd hand clothes may still bring them to our Parish for donation to the needy.
鉴于政府已在 Balik Pulau 一带设置了多处回收箱，本堂 HNJ 回收中心 将自2026年1月1日起正式关闭。
惟若教友家中有仍可使用的二手衣物，欢迎继续带到本堂，转赠给有需要的人士。
Youth Group Welcome Day
青年团迎新日
The Youth Group of the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus will be hosting a Welcome Day on February 1, 2026, from 12 PM to 2 PM, to recruit new members!
Whether you are interested in youth activities such as caroling and outdoor events, or in spiritual growth like Bible study, we warmly invite you to join us!

Life in the Spirit Seminar at HNJ"Come Holy Spirit, Come!"
Organized by the HNJ Spirituality Group (Eng) in cooperation with the Sisters of Putri Karmel and the Priests & Brothers of the Carmelites of St. Elijah, we invite all to this Spirit-filled weekend.
Date: 6.30pm Friday, 16-01-2026 to 1.30pm Sunday, 18-01-2026

Celebrating the 25th Sacerdotal Anniversary of Msgr. Henry Rajoo
Msgr. Henry Rajoo, who served in our parish for many years, will be celebrating his 25th sacerdotal anniversary on Monday, 19 January.
A thanksgiving Mass and dinner will be held at Minor Basilica of St. Anne at 7:30 PM.
Dinner tickets are priced at RM80 each.

Programme活动流程：
* Pongal preparation will begin at 4.30 pm.
下午 4:30：开始准备 Pongal
* Pongal cooking will start at 5.00 pm, followed by Holy Mass.
下午 5:00:Pongal 烹煮仪式，随后举行弥撒
* There will be a fellowship after Mass at the Formation Centre
弥撒结束后：在培训中心举行聚餐共融活动

耶稣圣名堂的十字架之旅—迈向2026年马来西亚牧灵大会 的朝圣步伐
随着耶稣圣名堂与全体马来西亚天主教会一同踏上迈向2026年马来西亚牧灵大会（MPC 2026） 的旅程，本堂将于2026年4月27日至5月10日举行十字架之旅（Perjalanan Salib）。
在这为期两周的时间里，耶稣圣名堂将举办多项灵修与团体活动，帮助堂区教友体验与全国 九个教区的天主教兄弟姐妹同行的团结精神，一同参与这趟迈向 MPC 2026的朝圣之旅。
我们鼓励大家踊跃参与各项已安排的活动，请预留这两周的时间。活动的详细时间表将于稍后公布，敬请期待！
Perjalanan Salib will take place from 27th. April to 10th. May 2026 at our Parish.
For whole of those 2 weeks, there will be various spiritual and community events happening at HNJ to help parishioners experience the solidarity with our Malaysian Catholic brothers and sisters throughout our 9 dioceses who are also journeying in this Pilgrim Walk towards MPC 2026.
All are encouraged to join in any of the planned events so please keep these 2 weeks free. The schedule of the events will be announced at a later date, so stay tuned!
